Most people desire to be wealthy, or at least to have more wealth than they have currently. Yet many people struggle to achieve this additional wealth. Why? Not because of what you may think. It is not that they don’t work hard enough or that they aren’t honest or good people. The nuance has to do with their belief of what is it like to have wealth.
Examine the way people with great wealth are shown and represented in the media. Too often these wealthy people or business people are shown only to have achieved their wealth having stepped on those below them, somehow circumvented laws, or inherited their money thereby never having earned it through years of hard work. In addition, most of these people are portrayed as flaunting their wealth as we are shown their new homes, cars, and other exotic material items.
Rarely do we see those with great wealth who are modest in their display of wealth and who give countless millions to pivotal charities.
Therefore, often what prevents us from achieving wealth is we do not want to be like those we see in the media, especially those shown on TV and in movies. At the end of each show or movie the business person is usually the one carted off to jail or their large fortune is lost having been manipulated by an honest hard working person.
Yet, the nuance is we subconsciously tell ourselves that having wealth is bad because we do not want to be like those people we see in the media. We have been taught that having wealth is not necessarily what God wants for all of us, when in fact, God wants everyone to have all of the abundance we can have.
The key is not to make money your first love. Money is to be used as a tool to share and help everyone us around live a better life. When we have wealth to share we have the opportunity to impact many more people in a positive way in addition to those we can with encouraging words. It is important to share our wealth and knowledge, encouragement, wisdom, caring and assistance in any way we can. The nuance is to expect nothing in return.
Knowing the fundamentals of the law of attraction is important to achieve your goals, but understanding the nuances is mandatory.
