Today, let’s talk about the powerful and often destructive emotion of jealousy. Often law of attraction teachers state that we attract jealousy into our life by being jealous of others. And the more we are jealous of what others posses or do, then we attract more experiences with the potential for us to be jealous.

Hence, if we are jealous of someone’s wealth then we will continue to experience lack of abundance and more experiences where we encounter others wealth. While we may secretly wish we could achieve the wealth and success these others have achieved, many of us resent these achievers because of their success. Although, this is true, this is not the key component of how the law of attraction works.

Consequently, the true nuance of the law of attraction regarding jealousy is often overlooked. The nuance is contained in the question, ‘Why would you resent someone else for what they possess?” You can only resent someone else’s success, if you believe you can NOT achieve the same success!

By demonstrating the feeling of resentment you are telling God and the Universe that you believe you can not obtain success and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy. You create what you believe.

You will only be jealous or resent someone else for having something you desire if you believe you can’t have it!

We never experience jealousy when we are able to posses that which others have. Therefore, believe you deserve success, believe in yourself and do the work necessary to achieve your goals. Then, jealousy will no longer be relevant as an emotion.

Knowing the fundamentals of the law of attraction is important to achieve your goals, but understanding the nuances is mandatory.

This is a great nugget of wisdom.. I really needed that today.
“We never experience jealousy when we are able to posses that which others have.”

I find that the human mind has one limitation. It is limited by those things which it has not been exposed to, and when it encounters those things, since/if it has a narrow view then it will attempt to categorize that new subject matter with limited scope and understanding. 99% of the time with an incorrect conclusion or flawed interpretation.
